Very responsive seller! High quality products!

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro case late on the night of 12/25 and immediately realized I made a mistake. Contacted Gelaskins (think I remember using Chat on their Contact page) to change the order, was contacted by email the next day and ultimately received my new case on 12/30. Very fast, responsive and efficient! And the case is beautiful! My only small quibble is how hard it is to get it on and off my iphone but I can live with that (I use a hairdryer).

Beautiful case

I truly appreciate that Gelaskins included a nice soft bag with this case. Thank you for that! This case is absolutely beautiful, and I love that the back has a soft padding for my new phone to rest against. This case is listed as MagSafe compatible, which is part of why I chose it. My MagSafe charger attaches just fine to this case, but my phone will not charge on my MagSafe charger when I use this case. So if I use this case, I can only charge my phone via the port at the bottom of my iPhone. That is the only thing preventing me from giving a five star review.
