Not the company it once was

For many years I bought lots of great things at Gelaskins but the customer service now is terrible and the products are unreliable. I bought a phone case and it did not fit – my husband had the same experience. It took weeks for them to get back to us each and when they did it was to say, send us photos etc. or we will give you Store credit, I just want to refund, $50 for a phone case is a lot, if it doesn't fit I should get a refund without having to haggle out with them repeatedly. Sadly I won't be shopping here anymore, which is a shame, it was once great
