Shipping and Billing

Shipping & Billing

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. Well, probably. We ship to pretty much every country in the world. If your country is on the list during checkout you're all good.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

We do our best to have orders produced and shipped from our Toronto HQ within two business days, excluding our Canadian Holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

The costs and times vary depending on what you're ordering and where you're located; you'll be able to see these costs before you commit to buying anything in your shopping cart. Some international orders can incur import, customs, and brokerage fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the receiver and we advise you check with local postal, UPS, or import authorities prior to completing your order. We are unable to mark any order shipments as gifts or samples.

What shipping methods do you use?

Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. Within Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or UPS.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We briefly considered accepting Discover and Diner's Club, but then we remembered it's not 1990.

My credit card keeps getting denied. What's up?

If you're experiencing issues with entering your credit card, double-check that all of the information is exactly as it appears on your statement. If everything is correct, your card type could be an issue (some debit and gift cards are not accepted by our payment processor), or it could be a restriction on cross border purchases (don't forget, we're in Canada). You'll want to contact your credit card provider for further assistance.

Is your website secure?

GelaSkins uses the Shopify/Stripe payment network to ensure the latest in security technology is keeping your information safe. Your confidential information is encrypted while in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
