Returns & Shipping Issues

tldr; we offer credit/exchange for products from the Artist collections. Unfortunately (and, hopefully, obviously) we aren't able to offer store credit or refunds on customized products (made with your photos). Read on for the the details!!

Artist-Designed Products

We print each order on demand just for you. We hope you love looking at it as much as we love printing it. However, if you are in need of a different image or different device type, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for any products in our Artist-Designed collection.

Any unused, unopened product from our Artist collection can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. It's on you to ship it to us - we highly recommend using a tracked service. Be sure to include your order number in the package (a copy of your receipt, packing slip, or written on a piece of paper all work great)!

Once we receive your item(s) back at our Toronto office, we will add the credit for the products you purchased to your account. Shipping fees are final sale.

Your Customized Products

If should come as no surprise that since we print your custom order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns. This hopefully goes without saying but given that there's absolutely nothing we can do with a laptop skin featuring your grandparents or a phone case of your latest trip to Cancun, we can't very well give you a refund if you change your mind. Therefore custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

That said, we make every effort to ensure that you get a good product up front. We carefully review all orders prior to printing to ensure that the uploaded image meets a basic quality standard. We often make minor edits such as colour correcting, logo sharpening and gap filling to ensure that it's tip top. We will let you know if we have any concerns and work with you to fix it.

What if I messed up applying my skin?

Fret not! If you bungle the application of your skin, or accidentally order the wrong model, we will cover the reprint - all we ask is that you pay shipping so we can send you the replacement. Sound fair?

My order was shipped but not received

After we hand your order over to the carrier (UPS, USPS, Canada Post, APC, PostNL, UniUni, etc), it's in their capable hands. It's rare but sometimes there are delays or other mishaps en route. We'll do our best to help out. If it has gone AWOL (stolen by jealous roommate, eaten by neighbours dog, etc), and you'd like us to send a replacement, there are two scenarios. If you selected package protection insurance at checkout, we'll cover everything and send a replacement within a few days. If you declined insurance, you'll need to cover the shipping but we'll help cover the cost of reprint by discounting the order by 50%. Hopefully that takes some of the sting out.
