Sarah Joncas grew up in both Hamilton and Niagara Falls and is a graduate from the Ontario College of Art and Design’s BFA program. Starting with dedicated drawings of dinosaurs and lizards at a very young age was her introduction to the world of visual art. Eventually, working from references stirred up the need in Sarah to create images of her own that could reflect the world as well as appease her own feelings. With this, she shifted from the world of animation, towards fine art. She currently resides and works out of Toronto, Canada
